Our Hickman St project was an extension on a beautiful old miners cottage in Mount Saint Thomas.
Our clients had already given the existing house a freshen up but needed more space for their growing family.
We added on a large, open plan kitchen, living & dining space which opened to a huge entertainers area where we used Blackbutt for the decking & stairs.
The clients went from cooking in a pokey little space to a beautifully designed High Kraft kitchen, with lots of storage & the perfect sized walk-in pantry with open shelving. The statement piece in the kitchen is the gorgeous 40mm stone bench top with waterfall ends.
One of our favourite elements in the Hickman St project was the built-in bench seat, custom made by one of our carpenters, complete with VJ panelling to match the barn door.
